This is my 3rd Mother’s Day celebration. It is cool getting an extra holiday to celebrate the hard work that comes with being a mother. My husband and daughter found this amazing cake for me from Cold Stone called the Cold Stone Creamery Strawberry Splendor™. How cute are they shopping together for Mother’s Day? It was one of the best ice cream cakes that I have eaten. You have to try it and let me know your thoughts.
The Strawberry Splendor™ features layers of moist Yellow Cake and Sweet Cream Ice Cream with Strawberry Puree wrapped in fluffy White Frosting and cascading Strawberry Glaze. Cold Stone is not joking when the call it a slice of heaven. I even broke out the wedding cake set to slice into this beautiful cake. It is nice to use them again to slice a Mother’s Day cake. We’ve come so far since our wedding in 2013.
You can customize this beautiful cake with something special like “We love you Mom” or “I heart Mom.” The options are endless! If you have a social media savvy mom like me, you can even add a hashtag like #LoveMom, #MommyLove, #LoveYou, or #Love Mom.
