Disney is really sinking its teether into the Marvel & Star Wars franchises. Over the next few years, there are tons of amazing Marvel, Star Wars and Disney films coming out. I could not be happier with the upcoming lineup. I know that I am not alone because tons of people came up to me at the D23 Expo to take a photo with me as Princess Leia. Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR
(#Captain America & #CivilWar)
Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR is such an exciting film for the Marvel Universe with Iron Man versus Captian America. We got to see Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie to show us never-seen-before footage from the movie. Before the footage rolled, Feige revealed that there was a special “Easter egg” for fans to find. It was a nod to D23!
Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR picks up where “Avengers: Age of Ultron” left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.
Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR opens in the U.S. on May 6, 2016.

Princess Leia Belt DIY
Princess Leia Belt Pieces (from an awesome creative Etsy seller)
Professional Super Glue
White Vinyl Fabric
Start by making the belt by measuring it around your waste while you are wearing your Leia Dress. I made it so that the back is a corset type. This is the easiest way I found. I cut a strip of vinyl while I was cutting out the belt. If this does not work, you can use shoes laces or white ribbon.
After you measure, mark off the area that is your waist measurement.
Lay out the Belt Pieces so that the middle pointy one is in the middle with 2 rectangles in the front. Mark with a light pencil strokes where the belt pieces will go.
Spread the glue on the back of the belt pieces evenly making sure not use too much.
Place the piece down and hold for 2 minutes in place.
Re-do the same with the rest of the pieces. To make the corset in the back, use the scissor to make tiny holes for the lace to go though. Lace up the back of the belt.
