This Hilton Orlando Resort review blog post was written in exchange for a free stay at the Resort. All opinion are my own as we choose our partners very carefully and would definitely return to the Hilton Orlando Resort.

As a mom, I try to make every weekend special for my daughter. We do activities locally and sometimes we get out of town for a little bit to enjoy a little vacation. We recently stayed at the Hilton Orlando Resort – 6000 Destination Parkway, Orlando, FL. My daughter is a little obsessed with hotel stays and looks forward to checking out the pool area. We are always looking for the best hotel pools in Orlando. That has been a frequent google search for my over the past few years. We had a blast at the Hilton Orlando Resort in the beautiful suite and especially by the giant resort pool. The Hilton Orlando has an awesome splash pad, one of the best pools in Orlando with a Lazy River, and water slide. They even have a quiet resort pool for adults looking to avoid kids (trust me – I get it!)

Family Fun Splash Pad Orlando

The splash pad at the Orlando Hilton is really fun. I had a blast just sitting in the water off the side while my daughter played for hours. She did not want to leave for lunch! As you can see the splash pad has flower and leaves that rainwater down on top of the splash pad with bubblers coming from below. You feel like you are at a relaxing water park where you can easily keep an eye on your kids.

Poolside Cabana

This is my first time having a poolside cabana and I think that I am hooked! The poolside cabanas at the Hilton Orlando are awesome! They have TVs, comfy chairs, a refrigerator filled with drinks and fruit, a fan to keep you cool, and beach chair all set up for you. They also have sunshades so you can successfully shield yourself from the sun. Hilton Orlando has one the best pools in Orlando and the Poolside Cabana brings the fun to the next level.  If you are looking for a cabana in our main pool area, accessible by all guests (say if you are bringing children with you) the price is $400 for a full day.

Hilton Orlando also has a quiet adult area with pool cabanas for $350 for the day. If you want a smaller cabana in the splash area, it is $300. You can get a discount if you book the reservation with a resort card, (most reservations are, or you can ask at the desk) there is a 25% discount applies to all of those Pool Cabana prices.

Hilton Orlando Lazy River

The Hilton Orlando Lazy River is my favorite! It is so cool because it has waterfalls and little sprayers that you can avoid if you want. I usually hate the lazy rivers where you end up getting your hair wet. As a woman that spends a lot of time on my hair, I do not want chlorine to touch it ever. The lazy river at the Hilton Orlando was made for girls with delicate hair in mind. I went around the lazy river at least 10 times and was able to keep my hair dry and chlorine free. It is a miracle! You can find several Orlando Hotels with a Lazy River, but I think the Hilton Orlando has the best one!

Hotel Water Slide

The Resort pool is enormous and makes you feel like you have your own slice of it. You can feel private even though you are part of the larger resort pool. I really like the way they set up the pool area. It is one of the best pools in Orlando. We go up to Orlando a lot for Disney, Universal, and work conferences. The Hilton Orlando Resort’s pool area blew me away. My daughter loves slides and she had a blast!

Quiet Resort Pool

The Hilton Orlando also has a quiet no kids area for people looking to avoid the kiddos. Also, when parents are able to get away from their kids, they have a place to go.

Make S’Mores by the Pool

You can make S’Mores by the pool at the Hilton Orlando Resort. They have beautiful fire pits where you can roast marshmallows and make s’mores. This is such a fun experience for kids and adults alike. I really like that you get some one on one time with your kids with no screens around. Also, since Orlando is a little further North than where we are in South Florida, they actually have more of a cold season that we do. We only get a few truly cold days in a year. Orlando gets a lot more cold days so you are able to take advantage of the fire pits more often. We were visiting in September and the fire pits were still really nice at nighttime.

Book Hilton Orlando for your next trip to sunny Central Florida.
