I happened upon a new maxi skirt a few weeks ago when I was literally digging through the Dillard’s Clearance store in the Boynton Mall. Of the girls in my office told me about it and I could not wait to check it. It is madness, but I paid about $12 for a maxi skirt. I immediately started doing a mental inventory of how to wear it.
