Summer would not be complete without yellow in your summer wardrobe! This year Pantone declared Lemon Zest one of it’s top 10 spring colors.

Yellow is one those happy colors that just lifts my mood. I am not planning on buying any maternity clothes for summer because the pregnancy is almost over. 6 weeks left and I have been told that she is likely to come 2 weeks early due to my gestational Diabetes and the fact that she’s 2 weeks ahead of schedule in size. I am way to small to have a 12 pound baby and I don’t think the doctor would let that happen! At 32 weeks, she was 4 pounds 7 ounces and they are supposed to be growing a pound per week. That makes her 12 pounds 7 ounces at 40 weeks. Hopefully, my no carb and no sugar diet slows her down.
I am loving lemon zest with mint and jade colors. They go together so well. It is such a great color combo for summer.

I love yellow anything. I always have a lot of it in my summer wardrobe no matter what color Pantone says.
