Polka dots has been on top for a while now and showed up on the Spring 2013 runway again this year to my delight. Nina Ricci, Karen Walker, Jason Wu, and Diane Von Furstenberg all showed polka dots on the Spring/Summer 2013 runway.
3 Ways to Wear a Polka Dot Dress:
1. as a skirt belted during the summer
2. with a statement coat in fall
3. as a skirt with a button down shirt and blue suede pumps
