My mom and I are both obsessed with Bocconcini Mozzarella. They are extremely easy to eat and are just so creamy. Add a tiny bit of salt and I will consume an entire container of of the cheese.
I decide to get a little crazy and put the Bocconcini on a Tortilla Pizza. The combination of the peppers, ham, pesto and cheese makes this pizza a party favorite appetizer.
