This Watermelon Rosé Wine Slushie recipe and blog post. I carefully choose my partnership, and I am excited to be working with Barefoot today!

The Watermelon Rosé Wine Slushie made with only two ingredients: Barefoot Rose’ Wine and Frozen Watermelon.

Lately, when I go to restaurants and the grocery store, I have been ordering and buying lots of Rosé. The flavor is pretty new to me, but it was love at first sip. I love how fresh and light it is for summer. Plus, it’s pink!! Pink is a go-to summer color for me for drinks, swimsuits, and shoes! It is such a lively color and just pops by the pool or at the beach! Who is ready for summer!?

I get lots of beauty products, and I literally have file box filled with sugar in my pantry right now, but I usually have to buy my own wine and mixers for my drink recipes. I have to admit that I had not tried the wine until they sent it to me, but I did some research before saying yes and knew that I would probably love the wine based on the reviews and descriptions online. I am very excited to share that the reviews and descriptions online were on point and I love the Barefoot Rosé Wine! (How cool is that name?) Online and in my wine glass Barefoot rosé has notes of cherries, watermelon, and a hint of lime. These are some of my favorite flavors on earth…shocker that I love this wine! Barefoot Rosé is sweeter than other bone-dry, Provence-style varieties, easy to drink, affordable, and available everywhere! Barefoot Rosé is Rosé Your Way!!!

Barefoot Rose’s note of watermelon flavor gave me the idea of creating this thirst quenching and delightful Watermelon Rosé Wine Slushie! It was a huge hit this weekend, and I plan to make it for my next play date and then for book club this weekend. I know that my girl friends will love it!

Since Watermelon is in season, I made diced up a large watermelon into 1-inch cubes and froze them on a cookie sheet. If used frozen fruit as I did here, you will not need to dilute your Watermelon Rosé Wine Slushie with pesky ice cubes!
