Not matter which tool you use, apply to the apple of the cheeks. Apply lightly and build for the desired result. I used a classic regular blush brush. If you use the classic blush brush, dabb it lightly into the compact, apply onto the apples of the cheeks into a figure “8” motion. Sweep from the top of the apple downwards then up and back towards the top of the ear.
