Summer Boho Bride I had a blast working with Anca from Penny’s Dreamology on this photo shoot. The camera loves her and her sexy bohemian designs. Most fall weddings in South Florida are on the beach and because of this your outfit options are much different than most places in the country during this same time period. I recently went to a wedding in Vero Beach on the beach in the middle of the Florida Winter. The fall and winter in Florida is much different than other places in United States by as much as 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The weather could be from 30 degrees to 80 degrees one day to the next. The good part is that you will not likely be dealing with a ton of rain. Rain is a summer occurrence as Florida stays mostly dry in Fall and Winter.
Valentine’s Day is almost here and it time to start thinking about what you want from the man in your life. Personally, I always ask for jewelry. It seems to be the most meaningful expression of love that can fit in a box. I love opening a little box of jewelry when I receive a … Read more
My wedding was one of the most amazing days of my life, but I honestly barely remember it because it was such a world-wind. I’m able to relive the big day with my incredible wedding video. My videographer captured a story that makes strangers tear up. I think that is how you know when you have a professionals film maker working on your wedding film…when strangers laugh or cry when they watch it.

As the Mother of the Bride it is important that you stand out and look fabulous to honor your daughter. When deciding what to wear as the Mother of the Bride consider the colors your daughter has chosen for her wedding and also your own body type.
Speak to your daughter about the colors and the length you are considering so that it does not clash with her bridesmaid dresses or what she imagines her day to be. The Mother of the Bride and the Bride should probably go Mother of the Bride dress shopping together or at least have an email correspondence with links to dress options.
Black is not a great idea and you have to watch that you don’t end up with an unwanted color combination. For example, a red bride’s maid dress with a green Mother of the Bride dress in June is far too festive, but might work in December depending on the brides taste and religion.
Choose the best Mother of Bride Dress for your Body Type
V-Neck Mother of the Bride Dresses are universally flattering to all figures, including hourglass, triangle, inverted triangle, and rectangle. Women with hourglass figures look great in surplices and wraps as well. Anything that calls attention to the waist is helpful for this body type.
I am huge fan of flowers, but for my wedding I did not want to waist money on flowers or have to throw out the flower arrangements the next day. I saw this video from Pottery Barn on creating Unique Long Lasting Center Pieces. At the end of the day, I ended up spending almost as much as I would have on flowers. I found the lanterns at Lowe’s at the the end of summer during a clearance. I would have loved to get Pottery Barn lanterns for every table, but was only able to buy 3. I found these lanterns that look just like the silver ones from Potterbarn at half the cost! This is the moss, river rocks, and ivory candles that I used
My wedding photo booth was such a big hit at the wedding. I would recommend it to anyone with family and friends that like to have fun! My booth was not really a traditional photo booth where you can get the pictures after. Instead there was a professional photographer taking pictures of the guests as they posed in front of a white backdrop.
I am not sure what I was more obsessed with during my wedding preparation, picking the wedding dress or picking the bridesmaid dresses. I knew that I wanted blue bridesmaid dresses from the start, but I could not decide which blue would be best. I started out wanting navy blue, but come to find out that what I think the color navy is actually midnight blue. After months of looking for navy, I realized that navy comes out as almost black in most pictures. I did not really want to have black looking dresses at my wedding.
When my photographer and I were going over the plan for wedding photos, I chose to spend more time on the photos of me getting ready for the wedding rather than at the end of the reception. The getting ready wedding pictures from Pinterest and wedding blogs enticed me.
With my first anniversary around the corner, I decided to break out some photos from my wedding. As a fashionista, I was obsession with the fashion details more than anything else. I purchased an endless supply of shoes to go with my wedding dress and ended up wearing 3 pairs on the big day. Kim Kardashian and Kate Middleton had multiple dresses, but I loved my dress so much that I did not want it to have any competition.
I have not stopped wearing my Sphere of Life necklace since I got it! The mixing of metals make the necklace easy to wear everyday. I recently wore it with my new wedge sneakers and with my watermelon top and tons of other outfits that I did not photograph. Wish I had time to take pictures of them all.
