The dressing that I used in this Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bake is the best dressing at the grocery store. It is somehow low calorie, low Weight Watchers points, and delicious. I could literally drink it…and have after I finish my salad. No cheesiness left behind in my house!!!
I’ve mostly given up eating cheese for health reasons, and this is the only cheese item I will let be in the house. I was eating buffalo meatballs (recipe here) the other day and realized that this dressing tastes great with buffalo sauce! I played with different techniques and measurements and found that this is the quickest and easiest way to make this cheesy buffalo chicken bake. It has only four ingredients, so it is a no-brainer for a weeknight dinner.
