When you look back on the months that have already past this year, you usually think about the fun times that you had with your family and friends. You want to be focused on the fun moments and not the stressful moments when you are dealing with LBL.
This past weekend, I had a blast with my family at Disney even though I had a cough and lost my voice. We spent the first day at Walt Disney World, the second day at the Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and the last day was at Epcot. My little daughter’s face is priceless, and I would never want to miss it. With the help of Poise, I was able to have fun without worrying about LBL. I have to tell you that the last time I had a cough, I was not as carefree. This time, I was able to focus on having fun with my family.
Here I am trying to “find” Rapunzel because my daughter insisted that she was behind this door. What do you think of my fake pulling?
My cough is still lingering, but I am not letting it stop me from spending time outdoors working out and taking my dog for a walk or rather a chase. Harrison Ford (my dog) loves getting chased and constantly wants to play outside. I hate to stay indoors all day with him while I work from home. We like to take walks together midday to get some exercise and fresh air.

The summer is almost upon us, and even more outdoor fun is on the horizon. I want to be able to seize as many moments with my family as I can without being inhibited by bladder leakage.
