This Coffee with MCT Oil recipe and post is written on behalf of BJ’s Wholesale Club. I am working with them as ambassador this year and am super excited to be sharing helpful insights about the savings at BJ’s. As always, all opinions are my own.
This year I kick started my new year new you routine by going to the gym 4 times per week and starting my day with Coffee with MCT Oil. I found an amazingly priced MCT Oil from Windmill Natural Vitamins at BJ’s Wholesale Club this week that makes it less pricey to make my own Coffee with MCT oil at home.
Coffee with MCT Oil
Since I am dairy free, I use unsweetened almond milk, fresh coffee, and MCT oil, all of which I get at BJ’s. Sometimes I add a Keto approved sweetener like Stevia , but mostly not because the MCT Oil Coffee really doesn’t need it.
MCT Oil is supposed to help you to stay focused acting as a brain food to kick start your day. It is an essential part of being successful on the Keto Diet.

Boost Immune System
As part of the new year new you changes, I am determined to do all I can to keep the ball rolling on my diet and good health! The Nature Made Vitamin C Gummies are yummy and helps boost my Vitamin C. BJ’s has a great selection of vitamins at awesome prices!
Beets are an awesome food that I just don’t eat enough of. They contain a ton of essential vitamins and minerals that reduce inflammation, support heart, brain and eye health. Beets also promote proper digestion. They contain nitric oxide that help slow the effects of aging, boost energy levels and stamina. The Windmill Amazing Beets supplement from BJ’s only has 4 net carbs per serving so it works great for the Keto Diet.
