Step 1
Use the jewelry pliers, take off the clasp from the chain. Remove the pendant. Attach the chain to the quilting needle using the jump ring that was used to attach the clasp to the chain. Use the pliers to crush the jump ring to the thinness of the needle.
Step 2
Cover 1/3 of the chain with pearls.
Step 3
Put the pendant back on the chain.
Step 4
Add the same number of pearls to the chain. About 2/3 of the chain should be covered in pearls.
Step 5
Remove the quilting needle from the chain using the pliers. Use a new jump ring to re-attach the clasp.
