4 Tomatoes
2 Yellow Peppers
1 Pablano Pepper
1 Bag of Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 Hard Taco Stand ‘N Stuff Kit
1 Soft Shell Taco Stand ‘N Stuff Kit
1 Container of Sour Cream
2 Pounds Chop Meat
3 Avocados
1 Sweet Yellow Onions
Fresh Cilantro
Salt and Pepper

I added small chopped pieces of red poblano pepper left over from the guac recipe to the browned beef while I was cooking and following the directions on the Taco Kit package.

guacamole recipe Ingredients

3 large avocados
1 1/2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 sweet yellow onion, chopped
1 Lime squeezed
1/4 Poblano Pepper finely chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 Cup Cilantro

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the insides of the avocados into a bowl.
  2. Mash avocados.
  3. Add tomatoes, onion, poblano peppers, and cilantro.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Add in salt and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Squeeze the lime juice.
  7. Mix the contents until the desired consistency. Serve immediately.

  1. Taco bars (or DIY tacos, as I like to call them) are my favorite thing to do for dinner! And then, with the leftovers, I make a 7-layer type dip and take it for lunch the next day. Delish! Also, I’ve never seen those soft shell pockets… genius!!
