Easy Winter Green Smoothie Recipe

This recipe is perfect for vegetarians and friends that avoid dairy. You can get in much-needed nutrients without taking a bite of a single fruit or veggie. Also, you can make this smoothie in less than 5 minutes and they are super easy to take on the go. You can prep ahead by apportioning the fruits and veggies into a ziplock in the freezer.

Green smoothie recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Spinach
Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt
1 Banana
1 Cup Silk Milk
2 Cups Ice
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Flax Seeds

Instructions

Tightly pack 1 cup of spinach in a measuring cup and then toss into blender. Blend Spinach and milk together first until all green bits are gone.

Spinach Smoothie
Add Silk Dairy-Free YogurtBanana, Ice, Maple Syrup and Flax Seeds and blend again.
