Father’s day is right around the corner and I want to make it extra special for my husband. Last year, we had a one year old and we barely had time to do anything special for Father’s Day. Now, that our daughter is nearly 2, I want to make Father’s Day extra special with a great meal for him. These are some of his favorite foods.

1. Bang Bang Shrimp

Bang Bang Shrimp

First, we are starting with my husband’s favorite appetizer. I found a recipe online, but I am actually considering ordering it from the local Bone Fish. Bone Fish always cooks in to perfection, and I’d rather put in the work elsewhere rather than swing and miss on what is sure to delight!

2. Chili Dogs

Chili Cheese Dog

My husband loves having chili dogs because it has a ton of his favorite things: 100% all beef hot dog, topped with cheese and chili. They aren’t the HEALTHIEST thing in the world, but I firmly believe that both mother’s and and father’s day should be guilt-free eating days! Here is an amazing chili cheese steak recipe to try.

3. Cheese Steak

My husband is from the Philadelphia area originally, so obviously he is a fan of the iconic Cheesesteak. It is cheese and steak! So, you cannot go wrong with Cheese Steak for your Father or Husband.

4. Chorizo French Fry Nachos

5. Truffle Mac & Cheese

Truffle Mac & Cheese takes the comfort of macaroni and cheese to the next level making it gourmet and extra delicious with truffle oil.

6. Garlic Mashed Potatoes

My husband has always leaned into his Irish half with his love of potatoes. Garlic Mashed Potatoes is an amazing starchy food.

7. Fudgie the Whale

I went to the East Boca Carvel, but you can find a Carvel near you here.

Find out about these awesome events before anyone else by following Carvel on your favorite social media: Facebook, Google+, Twitter, YouTUBE, and Pinterest.

Are you as excited as I am for Father’s Day?
