I’m sharing #SausageFamily in my life as part of a Johnsonville sponsored series for Socialstars.
During the week, I do my best to make quick and easy meals that are also healthy. This week, I decided to go with a one pot quick sausage and veggie recipe using Johnsonville fully cooked sausage. They have a ton of different flavors like Jalapeno Cheddar, Chilli Cheese, Stadium Brats and a ton more. Of course, Johnsonville Fully Cooked Sausages have no fillers and are made of only 100% premium cuts of pork. I chose to use the Beddar with Cheddar Smoked Sausage with cheddar cheese. My hubby jumped for joy when he saw that I was making cheddar sausage for dinner. I aim to please!!

As the veggies are cooking, dice the Johnsonville Beddar with Cheddar Fully Cooked Sausage into small bite sized rounds.
Add in the diced Johnsonville Beddar with Cheddar Fully Cooked Sausage and cook for 7 minutes with the veggies stirring frequently.
Find more Johnsonville Fully Cooked Sausage options here and here. You can easily substitute in any one of the Johnsonville sausage for the ones I used in this recipe. You just want the sausages to be fully cooked and to have some cheese to help make the veggies more flavorful.
