I’m sharing #SausageFamily in my life as part of a Johnsonville sponsored series for Socialstars.

During the week, I do my best to make quick and easy meals that are also healthy. This week, I decided to go with a one pot quick sausage and veggie recipe using Johnsonville fully cooked sausage. They have a ton of different flavors like Jalapeno Cheddar, Chilli Cheese, Stadium Brats and a ton more. Of course, Johnsonville Fully Cooked Sausages have no fillers and are made of only 100% premium cuts of pork. I chose to use the Beddar with Cheddar Smoked Sausage with cheddar cheese. My hubby jumped for joy when he saw that I was making cheddar sausage for dinner. I aim to please!!

You just want the sausages to be fully cooked and to have some cheese to help make the veggies more flavorful.
