My mom’s cell phone is so old that it is barely works. She is always buying stuff for the baby or me and my sister, but she never spends money on herself. Typical mom! She is always doing for her kids. Yesterday, she had to call me from my sister’s cell phone because her phone was not working! It is extremely important to have a working cell phone when you have 2 daughters and a grand-daughter to keep in touch with! That is why I got her a Walmart Family Mobile with the lowest price rate plan. It is perfect way to get my mom a new phone without having to commit to a service contract and a provider and spending a fortune on a new phone.

This week I received an awesome massage from Elements Therapeutic Massage in Boca Raton. Lately, my neck has been killing me. I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t a good night’s sleep in 6 months or because I am lifting my little, statically extra large baby all day. Either way, I have been consistently having neck pain for over a month to the point that my mobility is limited. I notice it most when I have to turn my whole body to look at my blind spot while driving. It is no fun at all.

Last weekend, I attended the Nordstrom Beauty Event at Nordstrom Aventura. It was amazing how many people woke up so early to arrive at the event at7:00 a.m.!!! Nordstrom served the bloggers and the guests breakfast and gave out tons of prizes. At 9 a.m., we went up stairs for an energetic runway show featuring brands from Hanae Mori to Clarsonic.

I recently had a long conversation with Adam Glassman, creative director of O Magazine. We talked about accessories for over 20 minutes! At the time, my accessories were limited to a J.Crew necklace and The Shine. Normally, I pile on the accessories, but lately, during the day, I only wear the Shine. It is no fuss and I don’t have to worry about the new baby breaking it or worse yet injuring the baby with a sharp edge. At night time, I have an arm party and every metal is invited.

A few weeks ago, I attended the Vividly Co. Miami Launch Party at Blo Brickell. The designer of the garments Sabrina was there along with some of the local artists that place their work on the garments. Vividly recently released new piece that work as a garment canvas for the artist. The new pieces include a bomber jacket made of silk and a versatile dress that can go from day to night with just a change in jewelry. Vividly Co. is such a cool concept! Every item in the Vividly store incorporates artwork by an emerging artist, textile designer, or art lover. A Vividly piece is a unique chance to own and wear art.
