The Intel 2in1 is amazing on the go. In fact, I am typing this blog post on the tablet right now at the airport on my way to fashion week. Earlier in the week, my daughter was watching Sofia the First at the lake behind our house. It is very easy to use and light weight.

I was pleasantly surprised how easily I can pull off and put back on the tablet portion. I thought it was going to be much harder, but it was a breeze! I think I actually prefer the touch screen to the keyboard. It’s nice to have the option to screen type because I am so used to screen typing that it is easier for me. Then, I started getting better at the typing on the keyboard and it swung back around.

My daughter loves having the tablet around. She keeps saying mine every time she sees it. There is a tablet mode that makes me extremely comfortable giving it to her without worrying that she is going to break it. You can easily switch from laptop mode.

The Intel 2in1 device comes with Windows 8 and you can upgrade to Windows 10. It was super easy and I am loving it so far! The benefits of Windows 10:

  • Easily switch between tablet and laptop mode

  • The camera is awesome and you can easily snap a picture on the go.

  • Cortana virtual assistant (Like Apple’s Siri): Cortana works across your day and your devices to help you get things done. By learning more over time, Cortana becomes more personal and useful to you. Cortana’s also best at reminders, delivering them at the right time and place so you forget less and can do more.
  • Faster and Safer: Windows 10 starts fast, resumes fast, and comes with more security features than ever. And it’s designed to work with the hardware and software you already use.
  • Action Center: This helps makes the computer and tablet very easy to use.

  • “Virtual desktops” See guide here.
  • Split Screen: Get to done faster by better managing your desktop. Snap up to four things on one screen at the same time and create virtual desktops whenever you need more space.

  • For gamers: ability to stream games: The biggest Xbox franchises and the best of Xbox Live are coming to Windows 10. Start recording gameplay in seconds, compete against console players, and stream games from your Xbox One to any Windows 10 PC in your home.3
  • Bottom line: OS is clean, familiar, easy to understand and a wealth of new features.

Now that I have share what how I use the Intel 2in1, what are you most excited about?
