Fall is finally here! Yay! I am very excited to be incorporating fall ingredients like Cinnamon and Cranberry into recipes. I started with a brunch and tea time favorite – Cranberry Cinnamon Scones. It is super easy to make even for a baking novice.
Ingredients
2 Cups Vanilla Ice cream, melted
1 ½ Cup Flour, all purpose
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ Cup Cranberried, dried & sweetened
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
1. Combine first four ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients together until very well combined. Approximately 2 minutes. Dough will be very sticky.
2. Fold in Cranberries and mix thoroughly
3. Drop onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Makes approximately 8 scones.
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for the last 2 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy!
