Ginger Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Happy Thirsty Thursday! Last week, I tried this Ginger vodka drink that I knew that I could recreate. I tried a few different variations and found that this is my favorite. I know, egg whites in a drink sounds a little odd, but the old school way to make a Fizz super frothy. The frothiness is very lemon meringue and delicious. If you are freaked out by it, you can get pasteurized eggs instead.
