Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar at Sawgrass Mills

I used to go to Sawgrass Mills for the amazing shopping and shamelessly stop at the Taco Bell in front on my way home, but now I am excited to say that I will spending more time this awesome Outlet Mall because of Zin Burger. Also, it might not be as hard as it once was to get my hubby to Sawgrass Mills once he tries the burgers. We both are huge hamburger fans!

Sawgrass Mills gathered several local blogger to give us the royal treatment. We received a back-of-house tour of Zin Burger with David Maini, the executive chef from ZinburgerWine & Burger Bar. It was super clean and cool to see what goes on behind the scenes. All hamburger meat is prepped in a freezer so that the meat is not exposed to high temperatures until it is being cooked! I was really impressed with the detail and precision that goes into making the burgers. I could tell all of it was worth it because the burgers were fantastic! All the food was amazing! I will definitely be getting a bacon Cesar Salad and a Zin Burger!
