This year I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and have been doing a ton of research into what I can and cannot eat. One of the foods that I have to avoid is salt. This really sucks because I absolutely love salt because it enhances flavor! This really impacts how much I can go out because most good restaurants use a ton of salt and some restaurants still use MSG even if they say they don’t.

Since I will be mostly eating Asian Food in the house from now on, I asked my blogger friends to send me all their awesome Asian Food Recipes to try out. These are the best ones that they sent me. I am working on trying them all out over the next month or so. If you try them, please let me know what you think below.

  1. Just tried going to My organized chaos page for the garlic shrimp scampi recipe and it takes me to an Amazon page for pasta! this sucks

    • I got Amazon first when I clicked the recipe name for mongolian beef. When I clicked the name of the original web page that the recipe is posted on (even though it isn’t highlighted like a link) it went to the right page.
