I am obsessed with jewelry trends and love updating my jewelry box every season. The Jewelry Trends of Spring 2016 are Rose Quartz, arrows, hearts, layering rings, and matching arm party layers.
Heart Jewelry Trend
After styling the American Heart Association Fashion show with heart transplant survivors as models, I ha e developed a heart obsession. It once just symbolized love and Valentine’s Day, but now it mean so much more. It means life, appreciating my body and it reminds me to live each day like it could be your last. 
Arrow Jewelry
The arrow signifies clarity of intention and direction. In multiple cultures, it is a symbol of integrity and flight, directed to its destination by the arm of the archer. If the arrow flies true, it makes its mark. Stay focused with your eyes on the target. Let your arrow of intention fly to its goal.
Rose Quartz
The color rose quartz was named color of the year by Pantone in the beginning of 2016. The stone that the color is derived from has the same name. Rose Quartz has gentle pink essence and is called the stone of the heart. I has a soft feminine energy of compassion, peace, tenderness, healing, nourishment and comfort. It is said to dissolve emotional wounds, fears and resentments. It may have been used as a love token as early as 600 B.C. and is still an important talisman of relationships. It is said to have been prized in the ancient world for its powers of physical beautification. Facial masks of Rose Quartz have been recovered from Egyptian tombs, thought by the Egyptians and Romans to clear the complexion and prevent wrinkles.
Arm Party Layering
Alex and Ani pretty much invented the arm party by creating these awesome stackable bracelets. Take the thinking out of creating your arm party by buying one of the Alex and Ani sets. It makes life so much easier!
