Doesn’t a mango Moscow mule sound like the most refreshing outdoor drink on earth? I love mango and Moscow mules so this pairing was made to be. I am planning a ton of outdoor parties this spring and summer starting with a birthday BBQ for husband and just some hangout days with friends where we hang out by the pool for some weekend rest and relaxation.
I found Pinnacle® Vodka that tastes great, doesn’t cost a fortune and has a huge selection of vodka flavors. The flavored vodka inspires me to get creative with my cocktail mixes. The Moscow Mule traditionally is made with vodka and ginger beer. When I saw the Pinnacle’s Pineapple vodka I had the idea of mixing it with the Mango Ginger Beer that I made last week. If you are looking for a non-alcoholic mango recipe, check this Mango Iced Tea Recipe.
Ingredients
1 oz chopped mango (only 1 mango needed)
11 oz soda water
2 oz ginger beer syrup
3 oz Pinnacle Vodka Pineapple
Lime Wedges
Mint Springs
Instructions
Chop up a mango into small pieces and measure out 1 oz chopped mango. Place the 1 oz of mango and 1 oz of soda water into a blender, blending until there are no chunks. Add 2 oz ginger beer syrup and 10 oz soda water. Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves. If you are drinking by the pool, you can add pineapple rounds as a garish.

That sounds so good. It’s a perfect summer drink!
Ok you got me at mango. I love mangos and I have had some other drinks before but this just looks so yummy. I love that it is perfect for summer and it does not sound like a super sweet drink but just the prefect combination. Since father’s day is coming and we will be having a BBQ get together I will be preparing your recipe. Now I have to start looking for those cute glasses so mine looks as cute served as yours. Thanks for sharing.
I love anything with mango! Pineapple is another one of my faves! I will definitely be joining you in celebrating this summer with this awesome cocktail!! I haven’t tried the pineapple vodka yet, but am intrigued!!
I love Moscow Mules and this sounds like a great twist. Mango is my favorite drink flavor, so I will definitely have to pick up a bottle of the flavored vodka to try a pineapple flavor as well. Cheers to summer!

This sounds like the perfect summer drink! When we go on company trips several of the women order drinks similar but its not one I have ever had! It would be perfect for a hot evening on the beach!
Sounds super yummy! It is perfect for the summer!
That sounds like a yummy summer drink for parties! I would drink it, and I’m super picky! I’ve never had ginger beer before, although I’m sure my brother has. I absolutely LOVE your serving mugs, they are so cool!
I haven’t had Vodka in ages! I love Pineapples and this drink sounds like it would taste really good. Would also be great to entertain guests. I love the pictures you took. Thanks for sharing.
Yum! That really sounds like it’d be a great drink. Smart to bring in the mango & pineapple – perfect for summer!
That sounds fantastic. I would love to give that a try the next time we are making drinks.
Not big on vodka but my boo is half Russian/Lithuanian so we always have vodka in the house. I love mangos so I would definitely love to try this recipe out. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Wow, looks great! I know that my husband would love this! 🙂
I have never had a Moscow Mule but these look so refreshing! Your pictures are fantastic!
Looks great though we’ve never seen/heard of ginger beer syrup before. Have to image a quality ginger beer like Fever Tree would get the job done.
