Tasty Brunch Mango Mimosa Recipe #Brunchweek

This Brunch Mango Mimosa Recipe is sponsored in conjunction with #BrunchWeek. I received product samples from sponsor companies to aid in the creation of the #Brunchweek recipes. All opinions are mine alone.

This week I made an amazing new Sunday brunch favorite, Mango Mimosa. Brunch is my favorite meal of the week! It’s breakfast with mimosas! You cannot beat that!

I recently started a Boca Brunch Club with a friend where we try out different brunch spots in or near Boca Raton. I think once we exhaust all the brunch spots, we will start hosting brunch at our homes with recipe ideas from the brunch places.

This Mango Mimosa is a super simple cocktail with just awesome champagne and 1 tablespoon of Torani Mango syrup. It tastes just like fresh mango without having to make a mango juice mess . I feel like Mangos are the messiest fruit in the world!

Mango Mimosa Recipe

Mango Mimosa Ingredients

Torani Mango Syrup

The Torani Mango Syrup is more mango-y than before. Mango Syrup now has a more enhanced aroma and flavor profile reminiscent of a fresh, ripe and juicy mango. Because this flavor has been enhanced to perfection, you will need less than before to make a flawless iced tea or flavored lemonade- but we all know, sometimes less is more.

How to Make a Mango Mimosa?

Start by pouring 1 tablespoon of Mango Torani syrup into a champagne flute. Here are some of my favorite champagne flutes

Add the champagne into the flute almost entirely filled to the top.

This recipe is intended for individuals ages 21 & up. Please drink responsibly.

  4. One reason I love brunch is because it comes at the right time of day for me! I don’t feel like eating breakfast early in the morning. Brunch-time is the perfect time for me and it serves all my favorite foods! I tend to go more for the sweet. Or, rather, I dip my bacon in the syrup, so I like a little of both 🙂

  5. Brunch is a great excuse to have some champagne early in the day while indulging in both sweet and savory foods with your friends and family.

  6. I have to have both so I’ll get something like raspberry lemon curd French toast with a side bacon or sausage. I love grapefruit mimosas, yum!

  7. I love sleeping in for a lazy morning then having brunch which satisfies both breakfast and lunch cravings. It’s the perfect excuse to eat breakfast, lunch and dessert all in one early afternoon with friends and family. It’s a celebration of food and life.

  8. What I like about Brunch is the variety of items to eat that I do not normally have on a daily basis. I tend to try an equal amount of sweet items and savory items.

  9. Brunch is a great way to have a little of everything! Mimosa is one of my favorite drinks to enjoy for a Sunday brunch; I plan to try the mango mimosa.

  10. I saved the sweets for last and go for more of the lunch items and if there is a waffle station I will have one of those.

  11. We like to go out for brunch when we can. We prefer something more savory, since our suppers tend to be on the light side.

  12. I love everything about brunch! Egg bake, pastries, and mimosas are my favorite. I definitely like sweet more than savory

  13. I tend to eat more sweet (crepes, waffles) for brunch then savory. But I do love me a good avocado Toast too. Going to have to try the mango mimosa – thanks for sharing.

  25. I love brunch because I don’t like to eat first thing when I wake up. I enjoy both sweet and savory equally 🙂

  26. It just depends on what is in season at the time. In the summer I prefer sweeter dishes with lots of in-season berries and fruits. In the winter I go for more savory dishes like spinach and mushroom omelets.

  27. What I love most about brunch is that you don’t have to get up so early for it unlike breakfast. I tend to eat more savory foods, but I do like sweet things at brunch, as well.

  30. I love the variety of foods available for brunch. Why settle for just one dish when you can have a little of many? It’s great! I tend to gravitate towards more savory fare like eggs, biscuits, toast, and omelets, but I do love mixing in some sweets too!

  37. Utilizing online flazsh games is just a great thing
to accomplish to as a way to aiid inn brightening up a working day.

Some addicts even created stories, acted as blocks
themselves, made vey funmy videos and upload to youtube. After gathering a couple of stumps, make some wood planks
    plus a crafting table.

  38. I’m not a morning person, so I do brunch a lot.. I tend to stick to savory.. hash browns. meats.. toast.. biscuits..

  39. I love brunch! I tend to go sweet most of the time but I love the combo of sweet and savory dishes! Cuban French toast from a local diner is my go-to brunch meal!

  40. I love brunch because it feels more laid back and less rushed than a formal breakfast. I love a full bagel platter for brunch –savory for me!

  41. I love waffles for brunch, they’re my fave! Paired with some nice crispy bacon and a cup of hot coffee…the best!!

  42. I love all things savory for brunch and love brunch buffets. If there is cheese involved, I will eat it!! I am a cheese addict.

  43. My favorite brunch is a combo of sweet and savory: banana oat pancakes, nitrate-free bacon, strawberries and a touch of real maple syrup. With coffee, of course. 😉

  44. I love that brunch is a little later of a start first off lol. I also love that you can do a combo of many good breakfast or lunch ideas. I am a half and half savory/ sweet brunch lady myself.

  55. What’s not to love about brunch! You get to extend breakfast longer and have some tasty drinks! I lean towards the savory items.

  56. I’m honestly a Sweet and Savory Brunch fan! My Parents would always make the best “company eggs” with Gruyere Cheese, Sausage Ring, and Coffee Cake. Love keeping the tradition going!

  57. What I love about brunch is that, at least the brunches I’ve been to…there is so much to choose from. I am so indecisive when looking at a menu because everything looks so good. So when at a restaurant (or at a family/friend’s house who is having a brunch), it’s nice to be able to take as little or as much of what I want. 🙂 I don’t lean towards sweet or savory per se…I just take whatever looks delicious…then go back for more. 🙂

  58. I’m definitely want a sweet rather than savory. My sweets are surrounded by seafood, fish, lobster, crab or shrimp. I can work with any of those

  59. My favorite thing about brunch is the combination of sweet and savory dishes on one plate. I crave sweet rolls, potatoes, sausages and fruit.

  60. What I love most about brunch is the fact that I dont have to feel guilty for having a drink earlier in the day lol

  61. I love that I don’t have to rush anything when I have brunch. I can take my time and enjoy my meal with family or friends.

Also, I’m more a sweet brunch person—largely because every Sunday while I was growing up, my family’d have a pancake brunch.

  62. The thing I like most about brunch is the mixture of different foods. I tend to go for the savory dishes the most.

  63. Torani Syrups are the BEST. My wife and I use them in our coffees, mixed drinks, and so much more. As much as we know about Torani, I didn’t realize there was a mango flavored syrup. This recipe is on our list to try!

  64. I love brunch because I am not an early riser and brunch is just the right time of the day for me and I go more savory with brunch!

  65. I love that brunch mixes my favorite foods of breakfast with more savory foods. I tend to love sweet foods more so by having brunch I balance out my eating!

  66. I love brunch in Texas because it’s always before it gets too hot and there’s mimosas! I’m a sweet brunch eater.

  67. I love brunches because I don’t have to cook. I tend to eat more sweets at brunches. All those cute pastries call my name!

  68. I prefer savory brunch items. A local restaurant which recently closed would sometimes have yesterday’s left over prime rib on the brunch buffet and it was delicious

  69. I like brunch, just the name makes me crave for the exquisite taste of savory and sweet, even wrapped up in a little treat. Bon Appétit.

  70. The thing I love most about Brunch is the variety of food that is usually served during it. I tend to eat more sweet Brunch dishes, but it really depends on the type of food I might be craving on a particular day. Thanks for the fantastic opportunity to win!
