Easy Roasted Veggies

I have been roasted veggies as a side dish fo quite some time now. My family always loves them and takes down a whole plate of them! It’s so awesome to see them loving veggies so much.
This is an awesome veggie recipe that goes with a tasty thanksgiving dinner and every dinner you have really.

Easy Roasted Veggies Recipe



Ingredients
2 Broccoli Heads, cut into florets

3 Sweet Potatoes, cut into small chunks

2-3 Beets, diced

6 Raddishes, sliced

Olive Oil

Sea Salt, to taste

Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees F.

Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.

Spray the parchment paper with olive oil.

Place the veggies on the baking sheet.

Lightly coat the veggies with olive oil by pouring over top.

Salt and pepper to taste, then mix the veggies to evenly coat everything with the oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the baking sheetin the oven on the middle rack and roast for 50-60 minutes making sure to stirring the veggies 2-3 times.

Veggies are done when they are browned on the edges.
