This cauliflower fried is made on the stovetop with low carb ingredients that are gluten free. It makes a great side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 Green onions
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Break the eggs into a bowl and beat until combined.
- In a frying pan, add avocado oil.
- Scramble the eggs and set aside.
- Clean the frying pan.
- Dice the green beans, red peppers, and onions.
- In the frying pan, start by adding avocado oil.
- Then, add the red peppers and yellow onions.
- Saute' for 10 minutes on medium until the onions are translucent.
- Add crushed garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Then, add green beans. Cook for 2 minutes
- Next, add the cauliflower rice, salt, pepper, and coconut aminios.
- Mix the ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with green onions to garnish.
