This Keto Buffalo Cauliflower is a healthy alternative to making fried chicken wings.

While it is a crowd favorite during football season, it is something that I make every time that I have guests over because it is such a crowd favorite. They can be gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian. My favorite way to eat them is like a chicken wing dipped in ranch or blue cheese.

This buffalo wings cauliflower dish works perfectly in a buffet setting as a yummy side dish or you can make it as the main dish for vegans or vegetarians. You can also make these amazing mini overstuffed baked potatoes for your buffet.

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings {Health Benefits}

Cauliflower is an amazingly nutritious veggie.  This buffalo cauliflower wings recipe helps me forget I am eating cauliflower. I recently made this delicious Cauliflower Dessert Rice Pudding and parmesan cauliflower casserole recipe to mask the flavor.

It contains something called sulforaphane, a sulfur compound that has been shown to kill cancer stem cells, thereby slowing tumor growth. Most of us need more nutrients in our body to function better. Eating cauliflower regularly is a simple way to get these much-needed nutrients into your body. It’s also a good source of vitamin K, protein, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, fiber, vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, potassium, and manganese. ***

Easy Buffalo Wing Cauliflower Recipe

Start by cutting the cauliflower into pieces.

Next, arrange on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 15 minutes at 350 until edges start to slightly brown.

While cauliflower is cooking, mix together Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and Sriracha with the butter in a skillet. Add in cooked cauliflower, and saute over medium/high heat for 10 minutes, stirring/flipping frequently.

Then, if you feel so inclined, serve the buffalo wing cauliflower sprinkled with crumbled blue cheese or with a side of ranch or blue cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Cut cauliflower into pieces
