Oreo Cupcakes
Oreos are a favorite treat of most kids. My daughter is obsessed with them and is constantly eating my Oreo recipe ingredients. I keep ordering more and more. Amazon must think that is all we eat. With 2 day shipping, I cannot complain too much about it. I just wish she would throw out the package so that I know how many I have left to work with.
My Oreo desserts fly out of the fridge almost as fast as the Oreos fly out of my pantry. These Deep Fried Oreos are my favorite! I love using the Birthday Oreos to fry and bring to birthday parties as a dessert. This Oreo Milkshake is also delicious and really easy to make.

How to Make Oreo Buttercream Frosting?
Start by creaming the unsalted butter on low in a stand mixer.
Add the powder sugar, continue to mix on medium. If not able to cream the butter, add the heavy whipping cream in early.
Mix until able to make and keep a stiff peak. If not able to make or keep a stiff peak add more powder sugar. Be patient as this may take several minutes.
Add the crushed Oreos to the frosting. Stir well until the crushed Oreos are thoroughly mixed in the frosting.
Using a pastry bag with a frosting tip, scoop the frosting into the bag.
Twisting the open end of the bag, force the frosting out of the tip of the bag.
Frost the cupcakes.
Add an Oreo cookie to the center of the frosted cupcake. You can use the double stuffed Oreos to the top of the cupcakes, but don’t use them in the recipe as it will throw off the proportions.
