Strawberry Cream Cheese Recipe with fresh strawberries makes a delicious way to dip or spread deliciousness during the strawberry season.
Paired this dip with graham or spread it on bagels or toast. We used it to make strawberry sandwiches for our tea party.
Nothing says summer to me like fresh strawberries! They remind me of family gathering outdoors. I cannot help, but smell BBQ when I think of fresh strawberries.
Even if it is not summer, I like to keep a bag of frozen strawberries in the fridge for days that I am longing for a delicious and healthy treat like this cream cheese recipe.
With Mother’s Day coming, I am preparing a tea party for my family to have together. Even if it is remote this year, I am still doing it!
I am making strawberry sandwiches for us to enjoy rather than the traditional cucumber sandwices that are normally served at high tea.
Strawberry Sandwiches served with this strawberry cream cheese spread are more kid friendly and in my opinion tastier! Shhh…don’t tell the high tea people I said that. They might not let me back in!

Strawberry Cream Cheese Recipe
This recipe is a slightly tart and slightly sweet cream cheese that only be achieved with my favorite berry – the strawberry!
Fresh Strawberry Cream Cheese Recipe Ingredients
- 10 Strawberries, diced
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 drops of stevia sweetener
You can use fresh or frozen strawberries to create this amazing cream cheese. Either way works great to create a delicious spread.
You can get frozen strawberries in a bag from your grocery store or they have a huge bag at Costco.
I used stevia sweetener to keep this recipe low sugar, but you can also use powdered sugar. 10 drop of stevia is the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar.
Don’t use granulated sugar as it will be grainy. If all you have is granulated sugar, dissolve it in the heavy cream or water.
You can also skip the sugar or sugar replacement all together for a more authentic strawberry taste.
Tools and Supplies
- Stand Mixer with Paddle or Electric Mixer (food processor if you want a completely blended dip)
