When you really need a colorful cocktail that is perfect for parties, you need this pomegranate martini. It is beautiful! And tastes like a sassy and fun night out.
A few weeks ago, I went out for a Mom’s Night Out, where I discovered an amazing new martini called a pomegranate martini that had a hint of Ginger in it. Since I love both Cosmos and Moscow mules, I thought a Ginger Pomegranate Martini would be super yummy! I did not know how scrumptious this could be until I started playing around with ingredients on my bar cart.
Pomegranate Martini – My New Favorite Drink
After tinkering for a few hours on the recipe, I found the perfect combination of ingredients. WOO HOO!! Be sure to stick to the recipe on this one! Some of the concoctions were extremely dreadful. Usually, you have some leeway, but because the flavors are so intense on their own, you can’t push too hard in either direction.
I was concocting today and called my neighbor over for some help with drinking some of the yumminess. I’m a lightweight and hate to waste a yummy cocktail. Plus, I love any excuse to hang out with my friends. She came walking over and we talked and sipped for a while. 🙂
The pomegranate liquor and ginger bee are the keys to this Ginger Pomegranate Martini. I added links for the Ginger Bee, but you might have to hit up a place like Total Wine to find Pama.
What is Pomegranate Liqueur?
Honestly, the Pomegranate Liqueur is what made this martini taste so amazing. PAMA is a company based in Kentucky. Their pomegranate liqueur is made with pomegranate juice, vodka, and imported tequila. It is a bold drink that is a lot of fun to use in a variety of cocktails.
What is Ginger Bee?
Ginger Bee is a mixer from Cocktail Crate. It doesn’t contain any alcohol. Instead, it has Filtered water, cane sugar, honey, ginger juice, cloves, and organic citric acid in it. This makes it perfect for creating a huge range of fun cocktails.
How to Make the Best Pomegranate Martini?
To make the best pomegranate martini you have ever tasted, just follow my recipe. Do a taste test and change it up to make it how you like it. I love doing equal parts of all ingredients because it keeps it level. But if you like a bolder bite, add more vodka.
Ginger Pomegranate Martini
Ingredients
1 part Ginger Bee, 1 part Pama, and 1 part Vodka
Pomegranate seeds and lemon twists, to garnish
Martini Serveware
Anytime that I have people over my house, I use my Marble Slab in the middle of the table to serve everything from drinks to cookies. I want a marble kitchen table, but until then, the slab will have to do. This tree server is made from a maple tree and smells like maple. So fantastic to have it around. It smells and looks beautiful. I served the Ginger Pomegranate Martini in these squatty Martini Glasses that have survived years of use. My tall ones always broke. These babies are tough and easy to drink without spilling. All these things that are high on my priority list.
