My daughter is constantly asking to have parties and make baked goods for these parties. Is it just my daughter or is there something that makes little girls love baking? I love doing it with her because we can talk about math and measurements. Honestly, baking has never been my strength in the kitchen. That is why I use Pillsbury™ products from Walmart to help me look like I am an awesome baker. It is so simple to make these easy Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes with the help of Strawberry Cake in a box with Pillsbury Pastry Bag Cream Cheese Frosting on top.

Pillsbury Strawberry Cake Mix
To make these Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes, you’ll need Pillsbury Moist Supreme Strawberry Cake Mix. It makes 24 cupcakes and has simple to understand instructions.
Pillsbury Filled Pastry Bags
These amazing pastry bags make baking so much easier. You don’t need to have a whole bunch of baking tools to make cupcakes. You can find the Pillsbury Filled Pastry Bags in the frosting section of the baking aisle and they are new at Walmart. The piping bag comes with a universally beautiful tip called the star tip. They are available in three flavors: vanilla, chocolate fudge, and cream cheese. You can even let your kids do the frosting with these pre-filled pastry bags. I love that the bags are closed at the end so that the frosting does not come pouring out the other end. This is ideal for teaching kids how to pipe cupcakes because they are less likely to make a huge mess.

Cupcake Piping Tips
Make sure that the cupcakes are cooled before you ice them. The frosting will melt if you try to ice a warm or hot cupcake. All your beautiful cupcake piping will melt. Using the Pillsbury™ Filled Pastry Bags, you can make all these frosting looks and more. If you want sharp piping lines, put the pastry bag in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before you use it.
Rosette Cupcake Frosting
To make the rosette cupcake frosting, start with the middle and make circles around covering a little of the last circle as you wrap the frosting around. This is my favorite look.
Cupcake Swirl Frosting
To make the cupcake swirl frosting, start from the outside and swirl to middle overlapping a little bit as you go. When you get to the center, give one last dab in the center and pull up so that you make a nice point to your cupcake swirl.
Star Frosting
Stipple the frosting with quick daps on the cupcake in a circle. Make two circular rows of stars and then put one or two stars in the middle to cover the center. Also, I have seen where the cupcakes is iced lightly first with a spoon and then you start making stars. This makes it less likely that you will see the cupcake underneath.
Wave Frosting
Make squiggly lines along the cupcakes to make a wave frosting. This is probably the easiest place to start especially for kids.
