I discovered the Dale’s and Everglades seasoning mix when I visited some friends in Cape Coral, FL in college. They showed me the ways of southern cooking. The flavor was incredible and I never forgot the flavors. I have been perfecting the measurements for a while now to get the perfect tasting burger. You are getting the perfect combination with months of experimenting with different amounts.
My husband approves and that makes me so happy! You can really go overboard with these spices so please be careful and use a light hand if you want to experiment with the measurements.
