This cucumber mango salad has crisp fresh cucumber and ripe mango at its base. It is drizzled with avocado oil and white wine vinegar. Scroll down for more ideas on what to add to the recipe.

  • cucumbers
  • grape tomatoes
  • chopped cilantro
  • avocado oil
  • white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

You can swap out the white wine vinegar for any vinegar that you have on hand. I chose white wine because of its light color. I don’t want to dye the cucumbers pink. Of course, you can feel free use your choice of vinegar.

How to Make the Cucumber Mango Salad?

Firstly, wash all the fruits and vegetables before cutting them.
